1. Product Introduction
The ECH series screw flow meter is a highly accurate double-shell liquid flow measurement device. The main body consists of a measuring chamber formed between a pair of helical rotors and the inner shell. It generates a high-resolution output signal proportional to the flow of liquid through the flow meter via a sensor that does not come into contact with the liquid. This signal is conditioned and transmitted to auxiliary equipment by an internally preset amplifier. The data can be indicated locally or transmitted remotely to a secondary meter through a transmitter.
The ECH series screw flow meter adopts a unique twin-screw principle, with no sliding, vibrating, or reciprocating parts inside.
2.Features
(1). High Accuracy: It is a highly precise liquid flow measurement device. The unique dual-shell structure design can reduce the adverse effects of the external environment, with a maximum linear accuracy of ±0.05% and repeatability up to 0.01%.
(2). Long Lifespan: Using a unique screw principle, there are no sliding, vibrating, or reciprocating motion parts inside. The mechanical components require almost no maintenance, providing high stability and long life.
(3). High Range Ratio: The range ratio can reach 1:10, still providing high-level measurement performance for small flow rates.
(4). High Pulse Resolution: A non-contact sensor generates a high-resolution output signal proportional to the liquid flow through the flow meter.
(5). High Flexibility: With minimal pressure loss, it can be installed vertically or horizontally without affecting measurement performance.
(6). Rich Transmitter Display Functions: The meter features an electronic display that is easy to read. It can show cumulative flow, daily flow, single flow, and instantaneous flow. Signal output types: pulse signal, RS485.
