Bright Any-Height Automatic Tank Sampling System | Bottom Nozzle Mount for New & Retrofit Tanks

Many petrochemical storage tank retrofitting projects face tough installation constraints due to site conditions. Bright liquid storage tank fully-automatic sampling system supports sampling at any height and adopts a bottom tank installation solution. The typical tank opening diameter is φ160 mm, and the opening is recommended to be located within 1 meter from the tank bottom. Its operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to +60℃, with a wide temperature range that adapts to harsh working conditions, including severe cold in northern regions and high temperatures in the south.

The standard maximum wiring distance between the operation cabinet and servo motor is 50 meters. For applications requiring longer distances, customers may submit requirements before order placement. Our team will conduct site surveys and develop customized solutions. The external operation cabinet can be installed either inside or outside the tank bund. The installation site shall be leveled, with an inclination angle no greater than 2° relative to the horizontal line.
