Intelligent Sampling System with Remote Control & Full Data Traceability

As the construction of smart tank farms accelerates in the petrochemical industry, traditional manual sampling fails to meet the management requirements of digital storage and process traceability. Fushun Bright Technology has launched an automatic sampling system for liquid storage tanks with sampling at any height. Equipped with an upper computer control system, it supports two operation modes: local on-site control and remote upper computer control.

The system can display sampling position, medium flow rate, sampling volume, cycle time, medium temperature and density parameters in real time, with all parameters adjustable. All sampling operation records and alarm records can be queried and exported, achieving full-process data traceability of sampling. Beyond the sampling function, the equipment enables real-time monitoring of liquid level, density and temperature, delivering multi-functionality in one device.

The hardware allows one control system to connect to 1–3 storage tanks, realizing multi-tank operation with a single unit. It reduces on-site equipment management points and cuts capital expenditure on equipment procurement and subsequent operation & maintenance costs. The equipment can be integrated with smart tank farm platforms to accommodate enterprises’ digital and intelligent transformation needs.
